After the applicant signs the Connection Contract, the maximum period of time for receiving Service Delivery Contract shall not exceed 60 business days.
If the length of the new system of water supply or sewer systems separately exceeds 500 meters and (or) a pumping station is required, the maximum period of time for receiving Service Delivery Contract shall not exceed 120 business days.
The applicant and Utility Provider may fix different time frame in the Connection Contract for Service Delivery Contract.
The applicant, within 30 days upon receiving 2 copies of Connection Contract from the Provider, the should sign the contract, pay 80% of connection fee fixed in the contract and then submit the 1 copy of the Contract and payment receipt to the Provider.
In case of failure to submit the documents to the Provider within the prescribed time period, the offer of signing a Connection Contract will be rejected by the Provider.
After receiving the Connection Contract and 80% prepayment, the Utility Provider starts construction works for the new water system within prescribed time frame.
