Time frame

The Utility Provider verifies the completeness of the submitted documents and immediately presents the applicant an offer to sign a contract of connection to the electricity network and electricity supply together with two copies of the contract signed by it.

Signing the contract of connection to the electricity network and signing electricity supply contract take place at the same time.

The applicant shall, within 3 days from the date of receipt of the contract in accordance with the prescribed procedure, submit 1 copy of the signed contract to the Utility Provider.

Additional information

The application for the electricity connection is generated on the spot by the desk officer. However, an applicant can also download the form from the webpage and fill out by himself.

The application includes the following information: name of the organization; business or residential address; address of the connection; phone number of the company director; requested capacity (installed and usable; consumption type (residential, non-residential); technical specification of the unit for non-residential consumption; and applicant's requirements for a reserve power supply (this is to be provided at applicant's discretion).

The utility provider develops the necessary design and estimate documentation, and in the case of a simplified connection - the technical characteristics of the connection; obtains all necessary approvals with state bodies, local self-government bodies , etc; and carries out construction works on the connection of a new consumption system to the electric grid, and installs meter.

In case of complicated grid connection

Complicated grid connection cases are as follows: outside the residential area of the community administrative area with a voltage consumption system of 0,22 and 0,4 kV or 6 kV or higher, either when applying for a multi-apartment building or a sub-district consumption system, or if the application relates to the provision of backup power to the power system. The Utility Provider within 5 business days of receiving the application:

1) develops the technical conditions and / or power line, which is being agreed by the applicant;

2) presents the applicant an offer to sign a contract of connection to the electricity network and electricity supply together with two copies of the contract signed by it.
