Additional information

Construction permit comes into force the next day following the day of receiving the permit by the applicant or its representative.

Construction duration is defined in the construction permit, however, it should not exceed 1.5 times of the construction period based on the design documentation. Construction time frame also includes the works of the admission committee.

Construction permit is not required for the construction of I category building sites - such as internal decoration, landscaping and other small-scale construction works that can be carried out by the real estate owner without any design and construction permits.
