Time frame

Within 10 business days after receiving the state duty payment, the Agency registers the trademark in the State Register under a serial number.

Within 1 month from the date of registration of the trademark in the State Register, the Agency publishes information concerning the registration of the trademark in the "Industrial Property" official bulletin.

After the publication of information about the trademark, the Agency gives (or delivers by post upon request) the certificate of trademark registration to the applicant or the representative within 5 business days.
