Additional information

1. To determine the origin of goods manufactured in RA and issue a certificate, an examination is carried out for the following cases:

a) for the manufacture with permanent inventory list (in this case the examination statement is termless)

b) for the shipping(s) performed under one contract

2. The certificate of origin is issued without an examination, if:

a) the products are wholly obtained in RA

b) the examination statement was issued for a manufacture with permanent inventory list.

3. Agricultural products of Foreign Economic Activity Commodity Nomenclature (FEACN) 07, 08, 10 groups are products such as vegetables and some edible rootstocks and tubers, edible fruits and nuts, citrus crops, melon peelings and herbs.
