Additional information

The applicant, within 30 days upon receiving 2 copies of the Service Delivery Contract from the Provider, the applicant should sign the contract, make the payment for the remaining connection fee based on the final calculations and then submit the 1 copy of the Contract and payment receipt to the Provider.

In case of failure to submit the documents to the Provider within the prescribed time period, the offer of signing the Service Delivery Contract will be rejected by the Provider.
