Additional information

From the date of filing the application, a trademark registered in Armenia is valid for 10 years and can be further renewed every 10 years.

The certificate of registration of a trademark is a legal document certifying the entry of the trademark in the State Register and the exclusive rights of the proprietor of the mark to the registered trademark in respect of goods and/or services listed in the certificate.
